General Shipping Information:

Unless otherwise stated, all items will be processed and shipped within 5-8 business days after your order is placed. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. Also, we provide a variety of shipping carriers selected by the customer at checkout, hence shipping dates may slightly vary between the different carriers.

Pre-Order Items:

If a product is available for pre-order, it will be clearly indicated on the product page in the description. Pre-order items are not immediately available for shipping and will be shipped at a later specified date. The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be mentioned on the product page, and we will make every effort to meet this timeline. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances with postal services may sometimes lead to delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly about any changes in the shipping schedule. There are no cancellations or refunds for preorders unless the product is broken or defective.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. Therefore, do not be alarmed if the tracking link does not immediately provide updates.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes:

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once an item has been shipped out. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders:

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
